Now that I'm well-settled into my new home, I would like to formally thank you so much for bringing my dream home into reality.

The task of having a house built is both exciting and daunting....especially so in my case as I was so far away in Sydney during the whole project.  My friends were concerned for me....considering the horror stories you often hear.  However, the main reason I chose you (as well as for your very competitive quote) was because of your reputation for excellence and quality of work in the district.  I think we had only two or so face-to-face meetings following the initial discussions, and to be presented with the beautiful finished product upon my arrival was such a relief and a joy.

All my Sydney visitors have remarked upon the quality of the workmanship....as have the locals.  And I would like to thank you for attending to the last little adjustments which needed doing after my arrival.  The tradesmen who completed the upstairs section after I moved in were all reliable, courteous and professional and I count myself lucky that the whole project was completed in such a timely and very satisfactory manner.  I really appreciated your phoning/faxing me when you thought I needed to express an opinion, ..or ...on the other hand, just using your experience and imagination to get ahead with the job, realizing the effect I wanted overall.

I am also delighted with the choice of Hebel as a building product.  The very large living area never needed to be heated over 20-21 degrees during Winter and during our first 30-33 degree spell recently there was no need whatsoever for air conditioning in the living area or downstairs bedrooms.  So I would recommend this choice to anyone who is considering the product. 

To finish....again my appreciation for a wonderful job and a non-stressful experience for me at a time when I was very pre-occupied with tying up my affairs in Sydney and selling the house there.
