THREE HIA AWARDS FOR LOCAL HOMES
Beechworth Advertiser
Wednesday, September 18, 2002
Beechworth Traditional Homes has
carried off three top Housing Industry Association (HIA) awards for North
Eastern Victoria:
 |
Best custom built home over
$250,000 (at Thurgoona) |
 |
Best renovation and
addition (at
Wooragee) |
 |
Runner-up custom built home up to
$175,000 (at Beechworth). |
This is the fourth year the building
company has entered the HIA awards with a total of seven awards to their
credit to date.
Sean and Lisa Cartledge started
Beechworth Traditional Homes in 1995, coming to Beechworth they say,
because they liked the old world charm of the place.
When they are asked to give the
secret of their success, they say it is attention to detail and
professionalism that gives them the edge.
"We make sure everything is right",
says Sean.
"Building a home can be a daunting
experience so we guide clients all the way, ensuring them an enjoyable
building experience."
Sean and Lisa sang the praises of staff
members Scott Whitford and Geoff Voigt for their quality,
professionalism and always going that little bit further.
They also thanked their sub-contractors
who they consider are just as meticulous as themselves when it comes to
quality,
