house built on a vacant block in an established area so it was required to
meld into the area with ease.. |

Best Renovation and Addition
There was not a room untouched in the 1940's residence. Situated on
a tight block the large rear addition was a challenge in itself. With
all hurdles overcome, the result is a great new family room and kitchen facing
the large back yard, ensuite to existing main bedroom, two new bedrooms
and a new laundry. |

main entry door. This resulted in a grand entrance and enlargement to
the kitchen area in order to meet the needs of a growing family. As
usual quality workmanship and material were prime requisites for this award
